Meeting Minutes from our November 14, 2003 
Meeting was held at the Indianapolis Training Center at 7:30 p.m. Friday 
November 14, 2003

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm by Bill Goodall

Introduction of members was giving and there was 15 members in Attendance

Treasurer Report :

Wade Kingery give the treasures report for the previous month and was accepted 
by the membership. 

Old Business :

Antenna was switched out to the new one that we all voted on to by off Tom 
Chance. Trevor and Chuck  switched them out. They tested the antenna out and 
they test okay we now have the capability of 2 meter and 440 now. We are now 
looking into the possibility of adding packet, and psk31.

We heard from the election committee here is the results of the Officers as it 
stands for the year 2004.

New Business :

Chuck Crist talk about the club getting into the 21 century, he has designed a 
web site page for the IRC club to put on the internet and this way people other 
then ourselves can see that we are the oldest continuously meeting radio group 
still in existence today. 
Chuck will be the webmaster for the first year and Tom Price will be helping
 the webpage . Chuck mentioned about getting a domain name for 10 years. 
We got the domain name for $99.00. Mike Carmer offered the club to use 
his static IP site he will donate it to the club for free. 
Maria brought in old newsletters in dating back to 1916, if anyone else has 
or runs across any old newsletters please bring them in so we can start an 
achieve on the club. We took a tally on Life memberships we have 18 
and total of 51 emails not counting the snail mail sent out each month, but we 
still need to promote our club to get new membership.

Remember the month of December will be held at the MCL, 5520 Castleton Corner Ln 
in Castleton, basically at 86th and Allisonville Rd., hope to see everyone there. Dinner 
will be at 6pm. There is a private room reserved for the Clubs annual Christmas 
Dinner.

Remember the next hamfest is Greenfield on December 14, 2003 at the Greenfield 
high school.
